JVD - Consultant, Coach, Husband, Student.

I currently serve as Director of Admissions and Recruitment for Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN. I also am an assistant coach for St. Kates women’s volleyball. Along with St. Kates, I also coach elite junior olympic volleyball for MN Select.

For the past five years I have also been involved with the development of emerging leaders across the USA and the world. Through that experience I have been trained to help guide people through the development of their strengths, and interpreting the Gallup StrengthsFinder pyschometric assessment. I continue to do this with groups and individuals wherever the opportunity presents itself.
