Fight or Flight

Crazy Bear

Fight, or flight? Today I used my intuition and avoided a confrontation that may or may not have happened. In my life I have often chose to fight versus to duck and cover. I think in life we have to look at both possibilities. By fight I do not

necessarily mean to physically fight, it can be verbal as well - but I do mean to lay down the gauntlet.

I was watching Donald Trump last night on “The Big Idea” with Donny Duetsch. Donald talked about how whenever anyone attacks him, he attacks back harder. I like Donald Trump, but I do not agree with his philosophy. We do not always have to fight, in fact the older I get the less battles I choose to take on.

What about flight? Are you a coward if you choose flight? No, not at all. I saw it coming today and knew enough about myself to avoid the possible outcomes. I am self-aware enough to know the effect I can have on situations - but with that said see my post yesterday to think about how to manage anxiety. At least be aware when you get anxious -

Fight or Flight? If you see a bear, run.
