Today I had the privelege of working with the Regional Directors for Youthworks! Youthworks is a great agency that sets up trips for people to go on to help other people. E.G. setting up trips for people to go help out the hurricane victims in New Orleans.
I worked with this team in January and took them through their StrengthsFinder results as a team. This meeting was to touch base and to see how things were going. They all had incorporated strengths based practices in one form or another during the past six months. That is great because they have a leader who is continually pushing them to be better than they can be.
That was a fun lunch discussion to lead, to bad we did not have more time. JVD
