Tomorrow marks the first real test for our volleyball team at St. Kates this year. We have been going hard now for five days and have only had minor setbacks to our team. An ankle injury, a little flu-bug going around, freshman jitters, etc. But all in all, things are going well. Tomorrow we will be at St. Olaf in Northfield, Minnesota, at an all day scrimmage against a few teams.
This will be a good watermarking event for our team. I will have a full report tomorrow on how we did, who did well, etc. I am just excited to get out of our gym and have our girls face real opponents. This will help get us ready for our Labor Day weekend tournament at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. At that tournament we will face Eau Claire and Central, Iowa both teams are usually ranked in the top 25 in the country for Division III. So, that will be a real test.
