Teaming

Posted on Friday 18 August 2006

Do you have the players you need on your team to be able to compete? This is a question I asked myself today both with my team at St. Kates, and my team at Bethel Seminary. This year should be big for both entities that I work / coach / recruit for, and I am excited to see what results might happen this year.

What happens when you do not have the players you need to have on the team? Or your players are in the wrong spots? I am being general, but so much of what happens and more times does not happen is because of having the wrong players, or having players in the wrong spots.

It is better to have no one in a spot than the wrong person. Trust me on this one. I have seen the lesson learned over and over and over again.
