Movements: Become a part of one, or start one!

Posted on Wednesday 19 July 2006

Today I met with my friend Michael Binder - Michael is in the beginning stages of assembling a team of folks to unleash a movement in Minneapolis. I am really honored that he has asked Danielle and I to be part of a process of praying for this movement to take place, and in what form. Sorry I am being to cryptic, but it is really in the beginning stages of coming together but I am excited to plug into something -

Also, I want to be a part of something that answers questions and gets people to ask good questions - rather than something that answers questions no one is asking.

Does that make sense?

I think this is why we never landed anywhere….I feel like God has been preparing us for something (and maybe this is it?)

    Sam -

Will do - it is a fun process for sure as you can probably attest to.

I’m all about asking good questions and hanging with people that know what good questions are.Sounds cool and hope works for you. And yes, it is no fun answering questions no one is asking.

    evening jvd -

here is my favorite quote about questions and answers:

“the questions we are willing to ask ourselves are more important than the answers we think we know.”

exciting to read about what’s going on in your life these days . . . it’s inspiring to read about God’s movements in all kinds of places.
