This morning I was able to hang out with my friend Eric Bryant - Eric is the executive pastor / navigator at Mosaic church in Los Angeles, California. Eric and I were reflecting today that we have known each other for going on six years now, and when we met he was the youth pastor at Mosaic and I was an intern for the leadership program here at Bethel Seminary.
It is rare that I get undivided time with friends who live in California and have busy lives and family - so it was just a real blessing to be able to catch up with Eric. Eric has the Gallup StrengthsFinder’s themes of Woo and Positivity - so everytime you are in conversataion with Eric you leave feeling better than when you first talked with him. He also has a sharp mind for organizational leadership, but can execute in a way that does not leave people feeling burned.
I am grateful today for people like Eric who my life is richly blessed by. JVD
