On Travel

Posted on Monday 26 June 2006

Danielle and I just returned from Billings, Montana, USA. I was out there recruiting for St. Kates at the Big Sky State Games. It was a pleasure meeting a number of Billings High School coaches, including Jeff Carroll, and others. Jeff made me feel so welcome and introduced me to the whole volleyball scene in Montana. Jeff is a multiple time state champion coach who is just a great guy.

Danielle and I hung out at the tournament on Friday and Saturday - and then had a bit of free time to drive to Red Lodge, Montana, USA to drive up to 9,300 ft to see Bear Tooth Pass.

Bear Tooth Pass

Fun Pic

What a great experience to get up in the mountains - Danielle and I drove about 30 minutes and it went from 85 degrees to about 57 degrees in that time period. JVD

Blogging at the hirsh… “I will not succomb to the politics of personal destruction!!”

I was by the sem last week, but you weren’t around. Now that we are both graduated, we should get together to catch up. I’m off to Jamaica for 2 weeks for a missions trip but I’ll connect up with you after I get back. See ya

    Hey Joe,
I lost your card, so I’m using this space to try and connect with you. We talked about StrengthsFinder over lunch at IMN in LA. I’m taking four people through it right now, and I’d love to pick your brain about a few things. If there’s a time I could call you for a few minutes, you can email me at conlesweber@frontiernet.net. SF has been huge for us…..thanks again for your part at IMN.
