Last week I was in Sacramento - this weekend (well technically 36 hours) in Washington, DC. I used to live here for a few years and worked on Capitol Hill. I miss DC sometimes, and would like to live here again. I don’t know what I would be doing or where I would live - no check that I would want to live in Georgetown or Capitol Hill. But, I still feel a connection with DC. It is a tiny little city that has lots to do. I highly reccomend it.ÂÂ
When I get home tomorrow night I will have to work on my last full paper for my MA degree - hooray. I have been working on this MA for 6 years and need to be done. So, I will not be sad about this degree being done with. Oh, following up on my last post - Illinois won its opening round basketball game vs. Air Force, and now moves on to play Washington Saturday night when I am flying home to Minneapolis - will I get to see any Illini games this year? Have a great weekend. JVD
